About the Founder

A family story became a responsibility to others.

Brady Martin founded Jump Ahead Concepts to build a lasting legacy—not only for his family, but for the communities and people touched by JAC’s work.

Raised by perseverance

Brady was born in Clinton County, Indiana. He grew up watching his mother raise three children while working three jobs for much of her life. Her example gave him an early understanding of sacrifice, responsibility, and the quiet strength it takes to keep a family moving forward.

Shaped by his grandfather

His grandfather, John Allen Cunningham, was the model of family in Brady’s life. Although John lived with a disability, he refused to let it define what he could contribute. He was kind when he had little to spare, compassionate toward others, and strong-willed in the face of difficulty.

A name that carries meaning

The initials JAC honor John Allen Cunningham. The name is a daily reminder that character matters more than circumstance and that lasting strength can be expressed through generosity, patience, and how we treat people when no recognition is expected.

Why JAC Exists

Building something his family and community can be proud of.

Brady started JAC to create businesses with staying power and to build a positive legacy for his family. Over time, that purpose became inseparable from a broader question: How can each business improve the lives and communities around it?

The answer is still being built through action. It can mean supporting an established nonprofit, responding to a local family need, creating a job, helping a customer, or using JAC’s relationships to bring more attention to an overlooked cause.

Brady does not present himself as having every answer. His commitment is to listen, be honest about what JAC can do, and keep expanding its ability to help as the company grows.

Leadership Values

The standard behind every decision.

01

Honesty

Say what is true, own mistakes, avoid inflated promises, and earn trust through consistent actions.

02

Compassion

Remember that every employee, customer, partner, and neighbor carries a story we may not fully see.

03

Forwardness

Look beyond immediate obstacles and ask how today’s work can shape a better future for others.

Long-Term Vision

A company known by what it contributes.

Brady’s vision is for Jump Ahead Concepts to become a respected concept-development company with businesses that are well-run, trusted, and rooted in their communities.

Alongside that business growth, the JAC Foundation can grow into a stronger charitable platform—one capable of supporting more families, more local partners, and more causes connected to health, safety, youth, and underserved communities.

The goal is not to separate business success from community impact. It is to prove they can strengthen one another.

Trust is built one decision at a time.
